... for our final dive at Police Wrecks. This is where three decommissioned police boats have been intentionally sunk to make an artificial reef. It has only been there since 2009 so the coral and fish are meant to be very small, but still exciting to do a wreck dive. After all the trouble with my feet my fins have let me down again! I have blisters across the tops of my toes. Harun give me some booties and open heel fins to try. They are so much better and don't rub at all ...

... we hit the jungle scenery. So, obviously, while our carriage full of colourfully dressed Muslim women and children and young men all diligently sleep through the night I spend from 3am to 6am wide awake watching the darkness with only my own thoughts for company, willing the sun to rise on a brand new day.

There was a jetty to the left of the beach, and Nath was told that there was a good coral to snorkel, so after having a splash, he challenged me to swim over to the other side to see the fish, challenge accepted! I set off, all confident that I could do it, the water was calm and I was feeling fit. After about 3 minutes of swimming, I gave up as I ...

... more than enough by now. Overall the train is something we can say we have done but its nothing overly special in its own right, not taking away some of the amazing views but I think it may be we are just so familiar with the way people live it may not stand out as different so much to us anymore? We arrive in Wakaf Bharu which was the closest stop to Kota Bharu and home for 2 nights. After seeing some of the other 'stations' we had gone through we were relieved ...

... girl who's passionate about diving. I'm convinced to try a DSD (discover scuba diving) The water is crystal clear and pale blue. I go for a dip and eventually we return to our room and shower. We wander the beach and watch fire throwers. We decide on a restaurant at the end which looks flash and let's me pay the card. We eat a lovely meal, play cards and eventually return home. The guys have decided to join me for the DSD. I'm strangely ...
