... was the end of something. I suppose it is because Japan focuses on the group aspect. Everything is done together. Individuals will always shine but it's the group that will be praised. They have all the same classes together and eat lunch in the same room too. That's at least 7 hours together every day. ... got on my back and said "horse", so I spent some part of the afternoon on my hands and knees.
I took a salad for the main course and was finally able to get rid of some Japanese dressings I had bought but didn't like. ... us had umbrellas and one of the girls didn't even have a hood. Needless to say, we were drenched once we reached the festival. Unfortunately the best part of the trip was our interaction with them because the festival itself was a bust. There were just a few tables set up where they were selling vegetables and a small area where we treated the girls to a dessert for detouring their own plans to come with us.
