      After breakfast I was in the spa for 2.5 hours getting scrubbed and beaten up - which wasn't as relaxing as I thought, although I am sure I will feel the benefits once I stop aching.

      ... atmosphere of almost continuous singing and cheering, as the crowd showed its appreciation for the Italian visitors. I even experienced a perfect reflection of Indonesian Islam, with the sight of a couple of fans in front of me, complete with backwards Arabic numerals on their shirts and a headscarf in the black and white colours of Juventus. I am not so sure that I would recommend Jakarta to other travellers but at least my adventure there ended on a high.
