... really fun and feels great when you actually get standing! Saying that, we still fell off a lot and even though they were pretty small waves, we felt we did pretty well! Would definitely recommend it and would do it again. With our last evening we went for a nice Thai meal and had plenty of wine and beer to round off the trip. ... was an ambulance at the start of the climb, it seems someone had twisted there ankle and they were waiting for them, not as I first thought that they might be waiting for me.

The sign at the bottom said steep inclines, Grade HARD and vertical scrambling up a chain and 4.4 km to the summit, so off we strolled, well at least for the first 20 metres and then the steps started.
