Speaking no Chinese, together with our friends, Jennie and Don, we found a taxi to take us to the Tsingtao facility. I Climbed Fu Shan, one of the mountains around Qingdao, wandered through Zhongshan Park, flew a kite at May Fourth square and even had time to go on a three person bike. What do you call that? A triodum? Anyway it was pretty funny. I also went on my first night out ...

Today we start with our usual scheme: 7-8-9 meaning rolling at 9 am. We are taking a bus to see the old city around the pier. The houses look similar to Europe. This town including the beer factory is built by Germans. After visiting the pier we go for lunch in the heritage restaurant in Jiang Ming Fan Zhaang where we enjoy the traditional music played alive in the place. During the lunch they are selling paintings ...
