The Sri Sithi Vinayagar temple is located in Kuantan town itself at Jalan Bukit Ubi. Lord Ganesha in the main shrine was grand looking and this temple is claimed to be almost a hundred years old too. As usual, we did an archanai for all the main deities and walked around the temple grounds. The surrounding of the temple was very quiet, serene and peaceful.

... over to the bus times it said there was a bus in 5 minutes. But then this Japanese girl came up to us and said she had been waiting for hours and no bus had turned up. Oh dear, so I asked on one of the buses and they confirmed four o clock. ... designed pens we dipped in and out of the wax pots being careful not to burn ourselves which I did plenty of times. After you fill your pen with wax you have to hold the end with a tiny bit of cloth to stop it spilling everywhere and then draw. It was much harder than it looked, your hand constantly wobbles holding the hot wax and you only have one shot at getting your design right, there’s no eraser in Batik art.
