Reto & I left Bad Ragaz early in the morning. Together with our visitors from Chicago we took the train to Zurich. They went to the airport and we moved on via Berne, Spiez, Visp to Zermatt. We enjoyed a nice lunch in Zermatt and headed with great view of the Matterhorn and sunshine towards Riffelberg. Just right for happy hour. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with gorgeous view of the Matterhorn and the other mountains. Around 4pm our ...

    • I walked to the hostel which was ...

for the great views otherwise its simply not worth going and thank goodness
today the weather was great. The skies was blue with a few clouds in it and not
      much to worry about.
As it was Sunday I knew it was going to be busy up there today. While we
await our train at Wengen station the platform is getting more and more busy.
Soon our train arrives and there is simply no way ...

... in a drizzling cloudy mist I overheard a lady say "It’s a shame, I’m sure it’s beautiful" - making me realise how lucky I had been to get some views.

After a thunderous descent the campsite was even more conveniently located than on the map, as I simply rolled into it and didn’t have to ascend slightly towards Oberwald. However it soon hit a hitch. The owner yapped away at me ...
