There are billboards on the way in and out of town, which must be at least 15 feet high, and carry a full length shot of his highness with his hands raised in a cheery greeting, there are other pictures of him kissing small children and assisting the deserving poor. ... the hotel/hostel is a gorgeous building with a huge open air living area/resturant and the friendliest of Sri Lankan owners.

The owner explained that he resturant was closed that night and recommended a local Sri Lankan place.
