    Vandaag een rustdag aan het strand en zwembad. Met zo nu en dan een regenbui, maar die duren niet langer dan een half uur. We redden het wel.

    Maandag 20 juli 2015 Als we wakker worden en ontbijten zien we pas hoe mooi het hier is, wij zijn natuurlijk in het donker aangekomen en hebben het prachtige meer waar we aan zitten niet gezien.     ... night, with a nice restaurant and sun loungers included. We walked back along the road, and felt happy with our choice as it was in a great location. We searched furthermore for Funky De Bar, but couldn't find it, later discovered it, it was right next door to the coffee house. Doyyyy.     ... that would take a 4 hour tour around the lakes and through the mountains until we finally reached our connecting town to catch our bus for the next leg of our journey. The ride was... Long. There were countless turns and it seemed as though it was the pick up and drop off for every school aged child in the area as hoards of them came on and off the whole way.     ... Sri Lanka and not surf! We organised a surfing lesson, I was completely green, Lani had done it 10 years ago in high school but we both got up on the board which was good. Unfortunately they had one big beginner board and the other was a lot smaller. We swapped half way through the lesson so at any time one of us was struggling on the small board. Nonetheless it was great fun.
