I had hoped to fly in the Boeing Stearman Bi plane as it's about 53 years since I last flew in a bi plane, a Tiger Moth out of Turnhouse at the age of 8. ... asking us how we'd voted in the Independence Referendum (Scotland had voted to see if it wanted independence from the U.K. the month before 55.3% No 44.7% Yes, our party were 3 NO 1 Yes) At this point Kenton Tucker who I'd been e mailing and sending vast amounts of $s to arrived and offered me a lift up to the range in his WW2 jeep fitted with a 30 cal Browning in the front and a 50 cal in the back. Pity none of the team took a picture of me in it but that's friends for you!

... was disappointed she forgot her helmet for me to sign, so she wanted me to autograph a piece of paper. My head was almost too big to fit back inside once they left, but it was so great to see Janesville friends out in the desert!! Only a few desert days of riding left, and we will continue 4am wake up times in order to make it in and beat the heat. That being said, nap time! Stay cool everyone - were doing our best to do that ...
