    20 minutes out from Kansas City I see three large Lego bricks on the side of the wouldn't flip a U-Turn?!     ... in 1897 when they built their house. It is up on a cliff overlooking the valley. By the time we arrived, it also was getting ready to close, so we just walked around the grounds for a bit.

    One of the couples we met last year at the Passport America Rally in Concord, NC is here and are also staying tonight, so we're going out to eat later. They are from Texarkana and know one of the couples in our RV chapter. Anyway they are also working their way north for the FMCA rally.

    ... fireworks, although some of these were pretty good. The show lasted about 20 minutes, but as I am writing this, there are still people setting them off in the distance.

    Tomorrow most everyone leaves for all points of the map. We're staying here until Monday and guess what it's supposed to do Monday. We just hope it holds off until we're on pavement not grass.

    On Monday when I wrote that we were unable to stop at the Amish store Bob wanted to, Heather told us about Weaver's Country Store in Excelsior and a restaurant in Versailles where the bread is "OMG great!".
