I didn't want to eat before big road trip. We went on the Ferris Wheel. The views of the city at night were fantastic. Photos didn't do it justice. We are leaving at 6am tomorrow to head for Orlando......8 hr drive. May stop off somewhere if we get tired! Off to ...

I hope you enjoyed our awards! In the next couple of days I will "close" out this blog by reviewing what worked for us in terms of packing, clothing, etc. So check back!

Then it was time to pick up the luggage from carousel 5. That's when the trouble started! After an hour or so a sheepish looking official appeared and said due to a ...

        Nashville and little of Atlanta

... to some essentials. I did not experience what Nashville is famous for - 24/7 live music and beer but due to the long distances covered already (just under 5,000 miles) and the miles still to come, and because of the amount of time I have left - sometimes certain stopping off places have to be used to do 'normal routine' things and so Nashville was like a 'turning point' town for me and I am thankful to Nashville for that and the fond ...
