While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. ... We're staying in City Place, 2 train stops from downtown. There is also a free tram from city place to the city. City place is a cul-de-sac where the tram spins on a turntable. Sweet Georgia's Juke joint is a bar in Atlanta airport. Imagine you're in an elevator cabin with glass sides, and the whole thing goes down a very steep escalator.
