... are a further two entrances to the I-5 that bring two lanes to one and then we lost that lane for a short bit. Funnily enough (or not really funny at all) I had asked Denis if we were doing I-5, 205 or 805 or whatever. He said I-5 ... as we sat stalled I wondered if my inner guide had been trying to give me a nudge as I don't recall that it is typical for me to ask Denis which route.... really if it was my inner guide it needs to learn to be more direct.

... quite a barker) of again. We are very sad, but we haven't given up hope. Chris is knocking on some doors as I type this. No blame anywhere, it happened.

Just had dinner with friends and we caught up on each others vacation. It is like we never left. But we did and now it is back to work tomorrow.

No regrets! Trip was fantastic. Learned a lot about how to do a bike trip and what we wouldn't do next ...
