The Tip-Top Drive-In, operating since 1955, and with a big cut-out of an ice cream cone on the wall! So our seat break turned into an ice cream cone break! It was yummy!

We drove all across Interstate 94 thru North Dakota ... flat and barren, to Fargo, and into another time zone! We made it to Minnesota to visit Mary Kaye Ludewig, a Siemens friend. So much to catch up on and compare retirement days! Mary Kaye, a Minneapolis resident, has a lovely lake house on Lake Louise ( two hours north of Mpls). So happy she invited us to stay and visit. ...
