Just before reaching Glenwood Springs we drove through Glenwood Canyon and experienced more dramatic scenery this time of a different kind. The colorado river has carved a huge scar in the Colorado earth with sheer, rugged, red rock cliffs towering above the road, every bend had us gasping and reaching for the camera.
