Well in just a little over 24 hours the adventure begins. . . .our 21 hour journey from Minneapolis to Thailand. The trip starts at 3pm tomorrow with a 12 hour flight to Narita, Japan there we have a 2 hour layover before the 7 hour flight to Bangkok.

Had 5 bratwurst to grill, which was done using bricquets and outer part of alcohol stove to hold Tom's box grill. Made 4 brats on that, cooked fifth on skewer while eating the 4. Also fried the curried cabbage, which had also thawed. All a success, and plenty of heat left in fire so roasted the 'B Loin' which had dripped blood all over inside of cooler. ...

... brats as well as the fixins. Now that things are quieting down, we are getting ready to ride south to see my dad. We'll be posting from Albert Lea tomorrow which is only about a two hour ride from here. We plan to take back roads to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the area.
