We stopped in to a place, the name has slipped my mind, but it was this spectacle where every half hour a massive spout would spray up from this hole in the ground- reminded me of the kiami blowhole but on land. ... plank and popped the whole deal on the fire. Now, I am no chef Ramsey, but damn this all came together like well thought out  plan. The smokey flavor of  the cedar made it's way into the fish and the mystery rub added just the right amount of kick.  We picked through the fish with our fingers like hungry cannibals. After this everybody flew home, except me....I was busy missing my second flight in a week....for some reason I could not get the dates right and I kept on missing them by a whole day! After scrambling to find phone numbers and explain my stupidity to the 90 year old customer rep I was able to fly the next day to Montana.
