    ... good, entered the PIN, agreed to the fee, got through the entire process only to get a message that there were technical difficulties. Did it 3 times. Ok, we got in line and waited to speak to the one teller available, hoping he spoke at least some English. He did, and was really helpful.     ... to see a little bit of this town--BIG MISTAKE. Town is about 5 miles off the highway. Just as we exited, we saw a sign for Starbucks . . . 2 kilometers and one exit further. Well, maybe we'll find a Starbucks in town!!
