... museum was previously housed in the Old State Capitol building, which still exists and is located nearby. The new museum is up to par with the modern interactive museums. It has two theaters that offer two separate movies with seats that shake during the civil war scenes. ... The first required someone stay their and accept all maintenance responsibility for its upkeep. The second requirement was that the State could not charge its citizens to tour the home.
