Left Bloomington and rejoined the original road after a short stint on the interstate. Followed Route 66 as it wound it's way past McLean before making a stop in Atlanta. I was very fortunate to arrive at the right time to be allowed to see the inside working of the clock tower just prior to the chimes for 10am.
