... but, as usual, if you just dive in, it's all worth it. We swam for a bit while Pippi explored the shore. Eventually, upon her barking at us out in the water, I coaxed her in. ... a seven hour journey the first thing we all did was jump in for a swim. Then camp fire, hot dogs, popcorn, football and a fabulous sunset. Probably coming in at our favourite campground of the trip so far. Love it. ... us that in summer it is impossible to get a reservation it's so busy. It also had a neat sign as you went out the door.

Fran and Richard are the managers, and they are very friendly and helpful. I am running out of Wash & WaxAll so was able to stock up in the office. They stay in Florida and Arizona in the winter and manage this park in the summer.
