... and had a great meal. It's located on an island and people come from all over, some even taking float planes to get there. What a life! We actually met Henry later today, at the dock at Twelve Mile Bay where they pick up supplies. He's a jolly older man and James shared a few laughs with him.
We were docked by about 5:30 after a full day of travelling. This is the only time on our trip ...

... The next day, we left very early and cycled to Bowmanville, which was a 95km ride. We cycled along the WaterFront Trail, trail that follows the Canadian side of Lake Ontario. We stopped at Bart and Judy's. They had their family over so they said they couldn't host us but were happy to have us for a drink and Bart said ...

... and coke were worth it. Today is sunny and 27c, a lovely day.

Tomorrow is the last day of our road trip. We head off to Niagara Falls and then back to Toronto. Should be a good night. The PanAm games start in Toronto tomorrow and there's a heap of activities on all night. We've booked a different hotel, within walking distance of everything.

          Having a great time,

... give you a bit of an idea of the atmosphere of Headwaters I should probably first introduce the ideology of the farm. Eventually, the farm will not just be a farm, but also an educational center and over the course of the summer, cooking and gardening workshops as well as other events will be held here. All the food that we grow is organic (we do not use any pesticides or artificial fertilizers or any other artificial chemicals). The gardens are based on an idea ...

... I wasn't able to get any sleep on my flights so my sleeping pattern is completely off but my nieces and nephew have kept me going so that I'm stuck on Canadian time. The 3 younger kids had changed quite a bit and I was so happy to see my nephew smile! He was so young when I left that I hadn't even thought about him being old enough to interact with me but he is a very happy smiley guy. Wren smiled at me but there was no way I was going to get a hug or ...
