We made a stop in Port Hope, Ontario on our way to Burford. Cathy's Dad's brother, John, lived there for many years with his wife Ruth, and two children Don and David. John passed away this year and Cathy did not make it up to funeral. It was nice to see Ruth and Don, and hopefully see David, if we make another stop in on our way home in ...

Up 6am and got ready for Tai Chi. Charlie led the group in doing Silk Coiling Tai Chi on the deck at 6.30am. Really beautiful. Classes continued today and finished at 6pm. Then everyone packed to go home. We stayed at this house for tonight as well. So quiet with just the family here. Tomorrow we head off to Ottawa ...

Tai Chi this morning at 6.30am on the deck. The beautiful smell. Of the cedar wood came out strong today because it rained last night. So lovely to see the sun rise as we exercised. I spoke today after lunch - lots of differences in what I planned and what I said. Had classes up till 11pm - feeling rather ...
