... but eventually we found "The Slab Wall." To get to it we had to head down the "obvious gully." Obvious it was. There was knotted ropes tied to the trees so climbers could safely ease themselves down the opening, that was pretty sweet. This was the beautiful place that Jake & Whitney picked to have their wedding at. It was such an honor to be a part of and welcome Whitney officially into the Thompson family.
First horse show of the season and we did well. Steffen and Heather are our country pleasure champion and Axcel and Haley are our pleasure champion. Plan F was to return to the hotel, collect the geocaching gear and go drop some travel bugs in nearby caches, but just about the time we were ready to leave again, it started raining rather hard, and the forecast is for more of the same from here on out the rest of the day.
