We are off to Vegas tomorrow to play a bit before taking Mom to the airport on Thursday, parting company with our friends for a few days. This holiday seems to be going way too fast!!

What a great way to follow up my visit at the Temple. My great, long-time friends Beth and Tee.
Was going to stay with them for a night or two and ended up extending my stay because I was so comfortable there and because the government shut down and so did the Grand Canyon, I had to rearrange my schedule.

We headed to California Adventure & Disneyland on Tuesday for another 6 hours of screaming and laughing like children. I faced a lifelong fear by entering the Tower of Terror for a death-defying 5-story drop in an elevator, only to find it was my favorite ride of the 2 days!
