      So far we have traveled 6000 miles. I have done all the driving. Worked out that going around Australia, we would have traveled from home along the coast, all down the bottom and all the way around through Perth and up to Darwin. By the time we finish, we would have got back home.

      ... Tuesday, the United States Government called for a shut down on all National Parks because no one could agree on the budget for the parks. Until this is resolved, all National Parks are closed. The last time this happened was 1995! Just my luck.
