We then headed to the theatre to watch a short video of the history of Alcatraz - very interesting. It was then time for the audio tour, narrated by the last guard to leave Alcatraz. ... a drought so all the fields are brown, dry, and look pretty terrible at the moment. We drive to a supermarket and get some supplies for lunch and decide to have a picnic in the park there. The park where we ate was really pretty and green, lots of people around with baby showers to family reunions and birthdays. We spent about an hour relaxing, eating and playing our charades game before deciding to drive around the town. We ...
