DAY 2 - Green River, Wyoming
... Any, we found an old fashioned diner called Jenny's - not up to even Shari’s standards - but respectable. Checked in the Super 8 and after changing rooms once to find a working TV, settled in for a restful afternoon and evening. It is an older building but the rooms are nice and up to the usual Super-8 standards. BTW, the Super 8 last night was one of the best motels ever, Almost perfect in every way. Da uns die Strecke ja wieder zurück in den Süden führt, nehmen wir uns heute noch die Gegend rund um den Südeingang vor - West Thumb Area.
Es geht vorbei an den Kepler Waterfalls bis wir dann die Parkplätze von West Thumb erreichen. Nochmal rein in die Wanderschuhe and ab gehts.

On the road to Rocky Mountain National Park
... Lunch in the Bridger National Forest. Then it was once more back in the car for the second tilt at getting to the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and our campsite. We filled up on petrol and spent an hour and a half in McDonalds working on emails, reservations, blog and other some such. We rolled into camp around 6pm, to a lovely picnic shelter, green grass to pitch the tent on, and hot working showers!!!! We had dinner and cleaned up for the first time in 3 days.
