    • I woke up at 8am
    • i went to eat at a diner for breakfast
    • Went to the gas station and got gas
    • Left at around 11am
    • i started driving and got there at around 2pm
    • For the rest of the time in Fernley i went to a couple stores to shop
    • After went to taco bell-5$
    • Then went to sleep in my car at around 10pm

    ... good person. He told of a 750 mile ride he once did for a children's charity and of how fighting the fierce head on winds puts you spiritually close to those you need most. For him, it was his deceased grandfather who stayed on his shoulder and in his heart and wouldn't let him quit.

    I know the feeling. I have so many special souls pushing, pulling, helping me every day.

    Time to get back out there for round two, so I've been told...

    ... unusual terrain that we missed the park's entrance and had to turn around. The ranger at the entry booth gave us a brochure and let us know that there were campsites available; we could just drive through and pick one out. It was the most unusual and interesting campground that either of us had ever encountered. Instead of trees, each site was surrounded by its own little rock formation. We stopped at the first one that afforded a comfortable amount of privacy and set up ...

    ... and on this trip I had no choice and was pleasantly surprised. =)

    Loving the mini cinnamon rolls @ the hotels … that’s something I haven’t seen in CA.
    Never heard so much country music in my life (oh man). Getting used to it … the lyrics I keep hearing are “I lost my old man and my best girlfriend …” (how sad). ;)
