... Djali. I knew I would have to leave Djali in January, but to do it now is so much harder. I my flight leaves at 8:30 tomorrow morning and I'll head to Mexico City! I arrive in the early afternoon so I can hopefully get there, meet everyone, and go over the show until I'm blue in the face. Tomorrow is the day!! ...

... br> My room is currently an explosion of Ziplock bags, piles of clothes, random teeny toiletries, and trash.

      Mexican Surprise

A travel blog entry by esmeralda4790 on Oct 10, 2014

So yeah, the planning has been cut extremely short and my body hasn't let the information sink in yet, but this is really happening. I'm going to buy a heavy duty backpack tomorrow (we can only take carry on) and get a lot done! Oh yeah and at some point I'll try to memorize my lines haha
      What is my life?!

We also saw another Amish family in their buggy with little kids running around the buggy in large brimmed straw hats. For lunch I thought I had an amazing idea to go into a wildlife refuge center and find a place to picnic. WRONG there was no place to park and I got us a little turned around in this huge place! Pulling a 34 foot fifth wheel ...

Yesterday we wound our way across Missouri towards Kentucky - literally. Cliff decided he didn't want to use the highways so we found a back road that twisted and turned, dipped sideways into each turn, and also went up and down - It was interesting! It was a pretty route though, and would be a great drive in an open-top sports car.

      We stopped overnight at ...
