... a wine stop in Seattle, we'll be spending five days at sea while we cruise westward to Honolulu for an overnight stay. From there we'll be heading to:

didn’t fall out of the sky. I stood there spellbound and thought that even
though they were born birds, if they could do it, I too could learn to soar. It's
going to take some time to let my inner crane come forth! I left my garden with
a light step, as light as possible with kilograms of mud stuck to my boots that
is. And so I decided, for the pelican’s sake I would give gliding another try
... the comments. It was very gratifying to me to know people were reading and enjoying our blog. I'd check email in the morning and was always so pleased to get the emails from the blog app telling me people had commented on my entries. This is our last blog entry for this trip. I plan to blog future trips, and hopefully it won't be too long until the next one! Where to? Egypt, Europe, Peru ... who knows. So, it's the Waddads signing off on their Amazing South East Asia ...

Abbotsford, the "city in the country" that we are staying in for an extended time has amazing agriculture with mountains in the background - the landscape I look at on my way to "work" everyday is a nice fusion of the west coast terrain I know from my old home in Vancouver and the farmland I know from home in Carp. ...
