... I guess, thus the name Mosquito. It did have a nice view over the Mississippi. Next stop was Phelps House Museum, a nice old house with original furniture. Snake Alley was next to the museums - it is a supposedly the " crookedest street in the world". The downtown was very quiet with an Art Deco theatre and a few shops - no coffee shop, oh for a decent coffee. On the river we pasted through many locks, a raised bridge and swing ...

... bottom with the knife, pop the top, and chug the beer. Stupid college stuff. But at 6:45 AM in 10 degree weather??? Really??? I snapped a few pictures. ... one bite. What else can we do? Lets shoot some more cans! I was mucking about with my gopro and noticed it would stop filming randomly. A bit of research showed i had been sold a fake class 10 micro sd card from amazon, no wonder it was half the price. Its a pity it didnt manage to film some of my films but at least i noticed now and that it had worked up until this point. Ill get a new real one at walmart sometime before i leave the USA. Left to go back to Havana and went ...

... he goes into knowing he'll get them and that's made all the difference. Performing for an assembly is much different than performing in a ring, but at least he's getting a lot of experience now so that when we do get on a show, he'll be ready.

We found out after the performance that the local newspaper had been there taking photos, so at some point, there will either be photos ...

... girls who act like they're afraid of clowns VERY LOUDLY and a man in a store who couldn't wrap his head around John not being embarrassed about being a clown. Hah. The folks at the library were really nice and the gas at Casey's was the cheapest we've seen in awhile ($3.49/gal).

We took off around 11:30am for Carthage, IL and drove through cornfields for an hour...I definitely prefer that to the outskirts of Chicago!
