    ... this case is not the center of town, so off we went. Most of the buildings in town are empty or the businesses closed since it isn't the weekend, but you could tell they were old. Maybe even some of the original storefronts although none had dates engraved on them like many towns. We arrived at the courthouse and looked around outside.     We stayed in a couple of very cute cabins at the RV Park and campground in Memphis. Since the other 5 people I am travelling with got caught in a terrific downpour while I had my front tire serviced, they were not keen on camping for the night and I was glad when I arrived at 8 pm.
