We left Waldorf , Maryland on Thursday and spent the night in Harrisburg. On Friday morning we drove to Hershey and took a trolley tour of the city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the Hershey family. Mr. Hershey started and failed in at least five business ventures. The candy factory was his biggest success. A quick one minute detour into Michigan, (just to say we were in the state), and it was back on the road to Ohio. Beautiful scenery, nice sunset, more tolls, and smooth sailing for 100 miles. Tomorrow is Ryan's day - the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

Today I started making a purse that my sister, Kim wants for an auction to support juvenile diabetes. Since I didn't have the necessary interfacing and batting, my mom and I started our day by shopping at The Busy Thimble. We then poked into For Keeps and Ardvark Graphics.
