      ... car & up the road to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The most beautiful campus & again on the Hudson River. Plenty of students walking around between classes, all wearing the check pants, white tunic & clogs. It was also super busy because there was a graduation ceremony.       This was a very nice little town on the border on Connecticut and New York. It was so noce we almost stayed for the winter. The problem was that it was down in a valley so getting out of the valley with icy roads would have been a problem. During the summer there was the Houstonic River that ran along side the town. This place was beautiful during the fall. Also saw Bull's Covered Bridge. Too bad they did not have a campground ...
