    There are 4 hotels near this hotel, but this one is closest to freeway, so it is the noisiest. Had to turn on fan to blend out the noise.

    ... to make a pavlova with a hand whisk. It felt like whipping PVA glue. We ended up with 3 attempts, 2 pavlovas and many nods of approval from our american hosts.
