      There are 4 hotels near this hotel, but this one is closest to freeway, so it is the noisiest. Had to turn on fan to blend out the noise.

      We arrived at the airport late at night and jumped in the taxi. I asked the man "what is there to do in Sacramento?" He said "Well Old Sac......" (I thought he was calling me old sac) but then he continued and said "not much, just a bunch of politicians." Old Sac is what the locals say for Old Sacramento.       ... liked the place-no real communal areas, but small rooms, so just a two bed dorm for me, with Korean Jeremy who was young and curious about life. After we'd both escaped for food-I wondered where I could go, but there was a wrap and rice place right next door and I was empty enough to even take the free iced tea and enjoy it-we stayed up and talked in broken English about philosophy, life and philosophies of life.
