There are 4 hotels near this hotel, but this one is closest to freeway, so it is the noisiest. Had to turn on fan to blend out the noise.

... about that, cause my record is not bad. In total 8 drivers pulled over offering me ride, that's not bad. And the fact that I traveled only with three of them, that was just my problem and my decision. So hitchhiking in California definitely works.

Finally in Sacramento, Robert - my couch-host for the night picked me up at the station and drove me to his house where I later met his girlfriend Kate. We enjoyed good evening hours sharing stories and talking a lot, not ...

After the park closed we headed further north to Sacramento for the night. Dakota was glad to see the pool stayed open till 11:00 so he got to swim for almost an hour even though we arrived late. Tomorrow we head toward home. It is going to be a very long day of driving, but it will be nice to be off our ...
