      We have not had a good internet connection and my computer is acting up. So sorry.

      We are in the Central Standard time zone and got up early today. Bill had a doctor’s appointment this morning so we are heading to Galena, IL for a look see with Linda after breakfast. Linda prepared a great breakfast for us and we are now ready to go.

      ... grain (Corn)" comes to mind and the fields are overflowing. The corn is taller than I can remember. This is “elephant’s eye height” country.

Ok, now I am really interested in talking to him as the web site shows a 2nd theater in town that was built n 1929 and has retained much of the original charm of the original theater, however, 1st order of business is that we have no place to stay for the night and it's at least several hours back to main highway and truck stops.
