We were going to try The Lodge but it was closed so we opted to go to BWW. Everyone in our party loves BWW and it was our first trip to this particular location in Clarksville.

We spent a great 10 days at the Canal Campground at Land Between the Lakes outside of Paducah, Kentucky. While we were there we went to the BBQ on the River in Paducah . This is annual event where they close down the streets downtown and have a party for three days with about 40 BBQ teams who cook and smoke chicken and pork. The BBQ was great. The music so-so if you like bluegrass. We had planned on staying in the area for two weeks but unfortunately ...
... was about 4pm, a lovely day with plenty of sunshine still left in the day. We parked in the adjacent parking lot, grabbed a water and logged the doors..heading out on the marked path to the left of the parking lot into the trees. The path is well marked, so it was easy to follow.
