Topeka to Independence what a ride. There is no signs saying you are crossing the state line. So we missed a picture opportunity. We will try and make it up along the way. Sadly, Elaine was sick and had to stay home for the day, so the five of us ventured out to Restart. We started out in the Career Services Center where we cleaned up a cluttered space and then we headed back to the main building to eat lunch. We served a bit and ate a bit, unfortunately I missed Israel for lunch, but he stuck around to show me ...

... Oh and PS, I am competing in a triathlon in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. BOOM! Towards the end of my swim, the left shoulder started playing up, but not so bad I couldn't finish the race. It was an 8/10 on the pain scale, but nothing was stopping me. Nothing. Owen's family (Grandpa Don, Grandma Sue, Uncle Doug and Aunt Pam) was at the swim finish cheering me on. I was a little disoriented when I first stood and couldn’t walk straight for a few seconds. ...
