... A. Royd but it would appear my comfy sheepskin seat cover is forestalling that. It might just be the best 100 bucks I ever spent!

Add a comfy seat to the fact that I no longer smoke (my year anniversary is Sept 6th!) I no longer have any reason to stop unless there is something I want to look at closer. I have driven, at times, over 380 straight km which is about my 90% of my fuel range on 23L of gas.

I had planned to use a ring road to skirt the majority ...

... large. After lunch we drove down the highway containing most of the tourist attractions but didn’t stop at any. In the historic part of down town Branson we rode the tourist trolley; and then strolled around, going into several stores but buying very little. We did not find any shows that interested us, that were performing today, so we had dinner back at the camper and watched TV.

... tour of the battlefield and surrounding area. Wilson’s Creek played a significant role in the Civil War as it was the first major battle west of the Mississippi River. We enjoyed our short stay here as it was another piece of the amazing yet disturbing puzzle that is the Civil War. Leaving Wilson’s Creek we headed south on US 65 and our next campground in Branson MO.

The state park is good, lots of trees. The fishing near the dam is weak, but your campsite is right on the river. I saw no fish in 2 days of fishing. Only saw 2 small, less than 8 inch rainbows caught. If I fish it again it will be from a boat. I think there are lots of fish in the river but you need a ...
