Gail knew of a camping spot in El Paso, nooo Nellie not Texas, it is in Illinois. It was behind the local Super 8 Motel. The spot had 30 amp electric only so we were able to watch a little TV and had lights to see by. Total cost for the night was $15.00. We had driven 9 hours and only went 205 miles.

"Let's get into the Daddy's back pack. I think they are getting ready to leave," said AJ.

Right after they had climbed back into the back-pack ...

      Day 2
Next morning after a typical Best Western hotel breakfast, the hotel was also willing to shuttle us to the car rental down the road. This saved us from waiting for the rental place to pick us up (which after seeing them in operation I have a feeling it might have taken awhile). Renting off airport ...

... to Delavan. Tracy and her friends happened to be going right through there 5 minutes after I arrived and they picked me up. Couldn't have been any better if we had planned it. The Fish Fry in Elkhorn was fantastic as always. Saturday - Nice hike on the Kettle Moraine trail. Nice way to start the day. Went to Elkhorn's Main Street Day. Big arts and crafts fair on the town square and visited with some old friends there. Roasted corn on the cob is always good. Tracy's ...
