... right there on the church campus and it was surprisingly very good. The church has the M58 Cafe. I'm not sure what the M58 stands for, but the food comes from Farm 58, a ministry related (half-way house sort of thing I think), sustainable farming place where they grow the food. I was so impressed with the quality and the cradle to grave concept. The ambiance is far from a traditional church but very warm and comfortable. What a great concept for the church ...
... strange. And the mall was massive. Before going in we ate at Johnny rockets. We had a really lovely burger and it was a traditional American fast food style bar. ... me cry. I was really in the right mood for the rest of the day. It was also great. The. The fault of the secret formula which was next. It gave us the history of coke and tempted us with a massive vault with the secret of coke. Next we went through the mile stones of refreshment which gave us a better idea of the history behind coke. We saw the olympic flames and pin up coke pics which was really great. We got a look at the bottle works which showed how it was all bottled up. ...

... bottle of coke to take home too. On the way home we stopped to get something to eat, and we few options available, we settled on going to hooters. They had really nice salads and American Idol was playing and it was fun, and I think Jordan enjoyed his meal too.
The next day we got a bus to Chattanooga, it was only a few hours away and is supposed to have some great outdoor attractions so we'll see
