We took the last few days of our trip to visit Mark's brother Brad, and his girlfriend Camilia. Checking our bag in Mazatlan earned us a fee. At least we only have one now! As soon as we arrived that first day, we walked down to the beach—we were in high winds, high waves, and higher piles of seaweed on the beaches, but it still was a fun afternoon on the beach. Why are the laughing gulls out in full force? Are they laughing at us?

Finding ourselves on "this side" of the Gulf ...

... we were not guests and should not be walking on private property. There was no sign at the entrance of the boardwalk which identified it as private property. Anyway we made our way over to the main road and easier than the way he eventually told us.

Bob picked us up, we made a stop at Whataburger then showed Julian the shark mouth (at the entrance to shop) before we returned to the campground. Bob dropped us off at ...
