As for now, I am sitting in the Maplewood library where they have free wifi, and after that I will resume my walking. Tomorrow it will be a full traveling day, up early and bus to NYC, there bus to La Guardia airport, flight to Portland with a stop in Chicago, and in Portland, one night in the hostel I was last a year ago. Friday I will take the commuter train to reach Wilsonville, where Charlene and Fred will pick me up!

Worth the price of the whole trip. And we got a free t-shirt.

I had yummy salmon and vegetables. Simone thought it would be nice to experience a little of the Time Square atmosphere so we walked ten blocks back to the hotel. Four of us continued on another ten blocks for a horse and buggy ride around Central Park. It was a great ...

... international flight we have ever had as a family. All 9 hours of the trip took place during our daytime. So Kaela and I watched movies while Hsing-ay slept. The food was bad, but we managed. And somehow we arrived a whole hour earlier than planned. Customs was a breeze and soon we were on our way to Caldwell, NJ (where Hsing-ay grew up). May 29 is our 13th ...
