... a bus to the night zoo. Had Bongo Burgers for tea while we waited for the zoo to open. Queued for the 'creatures of the night' show -- otters, owls, python, cats. Very good and full. Then did a 45 minute train ride through the zoo and saw elephants, rhinos, giraffes, lions, tigers and a host of others. Caught the bus and train back, and walked home.

... is a bit of a building site at the moment but we did manage a swim - fortunately it was overcast as sunbathing at these latitudes is not a good idea for those of us at the lighter end of the spectrum.
