... to Weihai to Hailu(v)dao to Qingdao. It began with excitement that goes like, "I am going to the beach!" then the euphoria died when I was stuck in the car for like 12 hours on route to Weihai. So our last week in Weihai was very eventful from me forgetting my own name to singing a Chinese song on stage at a huge fancy gala. The end of our first week in Weihai ended on a high as we all took part in a sailing race. We were in teams of 3-5 and had to complete a course around boats, children and rubber rings.
