So we left San Juan Del Sur to head towards the Corn Islands on the Caribbean coast. Due to Internet connections or website malfunctions we left a day later than planned. To make the most of our extra day we left San Juan and headed back towards Granada to stay at The Tree House Hostel on Mombachu. This place was defiantly worth seeing even if just …
... on the photo and swim over the sand and grass for about 200m to the gap in the reef, we saw a couple of nice size barracuda, a sting ray, a big pompano, trigger fish and some other small reef fish. ... It was super scary being in just a tent with angry dogs nearby. Next I was startled awake by what I thought was someone coming into my tent! Turns out there was actually someone who was trying to get in and was crouching outside my tent before I finally got up the nerve to sit up and ask him what he was doing. He asked if I knew where so e girl was staying and after telling him no, he ran off. God it was terrifying! I'm amazed I was even able to sleep after that!
