... and a pair of Belgium girls called Marie. Taking a relaxed approach to temple exploring I sat on my bum for the next 7 hours before venturing out the Maries to watch the sunset from monkey temple, after climbing its 1000 stairs. Sunsets are ultimately fairly unsatisfying for the colourblind traveller but the views were incredible. Hampi is like a cake where someone has spilt the whole tub of 100's and 1000's only instead of delicious little pieces of confectionery they're ...

That fort was not where the film was shot and neither was this fort today, although I am not the first to be fooled by ...

    This was more like it!

Patnem beach is right next to Palolem beach, which is the bigger and more famous of the two. Palolem has featured in the Bourne movie (Supremacy?), where Matt Damon is out for a morning run before his world get's turned upside down again for our amusement.. Many people were recreating this jog, why they like running on sand I have no idea! (I don't really enjoy running that much..)
