Day 6 Saturday 9/12
It rained really hard today. Random! I woke up and there was a rain storm outside and I didn't even bring my umbrella. I had to run to Home plus and pick up a ghetto one before I got on the bus to meet everyone up for Seoul ...
... it was a safe bet after I asked the waiter if the kimchi was vegetarian. I was brought a number of little bowls to begin with which I dug into, not realising that the main dish was still to come. It was enormous, but unfortunately the kimchi was topped with pork. Pork! In what country could vegetarian possibly mean pork? Korea apparently. I was pretty sure there had been no misunderstanding, given I showed him the ...

It's essentially a create your own ice cream flavour experience. And what an experience it was. I had cheesecake flavoured ice cream with brownies and pecans. DELISHHHH....I hope there isn't one in Ulsan, or I will have to buy two seats on the plane ride home.

... the night. Now, if you haven't seen my apartment you might think its fine for the three of us to be sleeping there, but if you have, they you understand the situation. Mom slept on my bed, Connie slept on the couch, and I slept on the floor. The next day I had to work, so mom and Connie went into Seoul to Coex mall and walked around a bit! That evening we went into Seoul for the night.

This made things very confusion and as I contemplated, paced and walked the wrong direction the weather took a turn for the worse. The drizzle upgraded itself to a rain. I was not to be put out by such ghastly weather and so I walked forwards trying to think ...

Our accommodation, Seoul Backpackers, is located pretty centrally, across the road from Namdaemun Market and a 5 minute walk from Seoul Station whereas Rob had to cross to the other side of the city to Gambyeon, which for those familiar with Seoul is a major "express bus" terminal and where TechnoMart is located.

... years and we have similar likes and interests, so she shows me around and takes me to some great restaurants and parks. I feel so blessed to have her here- it feels serendipitous that we would meet again. During the yoga program, I bonded with many beautiful women from around the world. After the program ended, I wondered if I would see any of them again. And, I have! Elizabeth is one that I have a deep connection with and we are very similar ...

He actually reminds me of a terrorist. Good thing he likes me! So far I am really loving this! Teaching is completely exhausting and can be really stressful, but my work is really not that difficult. Everyday is interesting and goes by very quickly. So, I really like it right now. If I continue to ...

The temperatures really dropped this week - in fact it hit -12 degrees on the 12th - our 7th wedding anniversary. We decided to visit Seoul Zoo that day which was a bit sad, most of the animals were in ...
