San Isidro-- Driving the Moutain of Death

... the Moutain of Death.

The Moutain of Death is a mountain range on the InterAmerican Highway that got that name long before cars were around when people used to cross this moutain range by foot, horse, or donkey. Many people died back then and this moutain was almost the dealth of poor Wesley as well! We barely made it over the pass as Wesley was sputtering, blowing smoke, and wouldn´t go over 40 kms. We even pulled over and Devin replaced the fuel filter as ...

Christmas in the Bad Lands....Smells Like Fish

... the 7th to Argentina. At our hostel, we have met the most interesting old man on earth. This guy (Cy) is about 70, absolutely hilarious, so travelled, so blunt and honest. Quote from Cy, ¨That boy who works here he`s alright, he´s gay, but he´s alright¨ and he also like to use the word ¨assbandit¨ a lot. He cracks us up. As some final notes we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a great New Year. We are sorry that we couldn´t ...

Dominical Days

... headig back about dark at low tide and he just about stepped on this croc! It is only about 4 or five feet, but he has got some jaws. I poked him with my 7'0'' Bansia board and he ran for the ocean, then I went after him and he spun around and looked a bit aggressive. This was in honor of the croc hunter RIP Steve. The power cuts off all the time here, so I am gonna post this and write some more onn a different entry.
