Well this was Rosie's last day with us :(

We commiserated her leaving by going to ihop for brunch, they really do make the best pancakes!! Alex made a good effort at the all you can eat pancakes, I only managed 3 with my bacon eggs and hash browns! Very yummy though! Will definitely have to be our brunch stop on Thursdays road day.

After brunch we chilled out back at the villa, I tried to get up to date with this blog but ended up watching our videos of Disney ...

... needed at most restaurants... it took us three or four tries to find a place we wanted/were able to eat at!
Red and green lights flashed on all the buildings, eerie sounds played throughout the Park... Pirates of the Caribbean was engulfed in fog around the building. We never made it over to the Haunted Mansion which seems odd given the occasion. I imagine the lines would have been NUTS!

What was going to be just a simple trip for just us four to Orlando to spend one last day at Disney World before our annual passes expired took a slight deviation. Not only did we stop in quickly to the Animal Kingdom, but we met up with the Roper's and the Watt's to spend an eventful dinner at Medieval Times.
