We also drove out to a place called Rum Point, which was shallow water for a stretch of about 200metres so we walked all the way out and the water only came up to our chest. It also had a 150metre long Pier, which had a cute little hut and boats docked at the end of it who were stopping of for lunch and a swim.

... explored, and when in season, there are lobsters to be caught and grilled on the BBQ. Are you hungry yet? When we want that touristy time we just head on down to Rum Point (a short drive down the road) for a float in the sea with a bucket of beer (or Cayman Lemonade- a very refreshing cocktail)

This week work wise was just normal apart from I was working 24 hours for about 5 days as Jane and Tim where away with work in New York but that meant I got to have this whole weekend off so it suited me fine.

Well I had Saturday and Sunday off and what a weekend I had, it was fab thanks to a certain person!!!!

Well nothing much exciting has happened re work this week just the normal really apart form got a new car a Mercedes Jeep kind of car! And Jane went to Miami shopping on Friday and brought me back a lovely crystal bracelet and pair of matching earrings.

This week has pasted over so so quickly, we had a Bank Holiday on Monday ...

Yep thats right I've been to HELL and back!!!!! And boy was it hot and barren. It is a place on the Island called HELL. It was a choice between Rum Point and Hell and as the weather wasn't too sunny I thought Hell would be better as Rum Point is more of a beach paradise Island place. I then had a few hours on the beach to top up the tan, felt my face was going a little pale ...

... feet deep and we jumped into the water and onto the sandbar where several stingrays were swimming. They are very use to humans and were very docile. We got to feed them with some squid and they would 'suck' the bait from your hand. It was a very strange feeling, like a vacuum cleaner taking the squid out of your hand. We got to have our pictures taken while we interacted with them and it amazed everyone who was on the tour.

This was the last college spring break for both of us, since James graduated in May 2006 and I finished that December. We went (just the two of us this time!) to my favorite Caribbean island, Grand Cayman, and enjoyed beautiful Seven Mile Beach, fantastic scuba diving, and the perennial favorite, Stingray City!
