Having left Singapore at 6:40 am Tuesday morning, I arrived in Marmaris, Turkey about 11 am this morning (Wednesday) - roughly 36 hours in that travel leg, taking account of time differences. I am looking forward to bed tonight - my first night's sleep in a bed since last Sunday night. I was somewhat anxious about travelling Malaysian Airlines, but actually it was quite good - the A380 was only ...

We had beautiful sunshine today and no wind, so we enjoyed our last giros in the sun with wifi on the side! Walked outside the city and around to the Tower and Lighthouse of St. Nicholas. You could take a donkey up to the top, but we were advised against it as some people fall off and get injured. I got a nice linen pants and almost left ...
... temporary henna tattoos which gave us a lasting memory of the day.
All in all I hugely enjoyed my time spent in Mugla. It is a small city with no tourists, however this gives you the chance to really explore the Turkish culture.
I would definitely recommend CSV; it gave me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world including Taiwan, Korea and from all over Europe.
